Include your device model, iOS version, the app version, and a short description of what happened. A screenshot can help. Please avoid sending sensitive information.
Purchases and restoring access
If you have purchased Pro, use Restore in the app’s Settings while signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase. If access is still missing, contact us. Apple manages payments and refund requests.
Privacy and data requests
For questions about your data or to request deletion, email support@devrootsi.com. Analytics are anonymous, so include the approximate date you used the app.
